A Great Week For GeorgiePhone

On 18th June GeorgiePhone had a stand at this major event and we welcomed visitors with an interest in promoting the needs of blind and visually impaired people in the smart cities of the future. Not only were we presented with a prestigious Made Me award for digital inclusion but in the same week we became partners of the Conigital Group. This puts us amongst a high performance enterprising team delivering digital connectivity on a large scale. Our focus continues to be accessible and usable travel and navigation information as delivered by the smartphone, with special reference to bus, train, taxi and walking journeys. We have videoed coverage of our current state of the art development work in Peterborough and are seeking collaboration with public transport providers. But we are no longer working alone as a small unknown start-up.
